- How do I register my product?
You can register your product by visiting the My Registered Products section of your Account Settings. You will only earn points for the first 20 products registered per year. Battery packs are not eligible for Rewards points.
- Can I earn Rewards points for registered products that I didn't purchase from vtechphones.com?
Yes, your products just need to have valid serial numbers.
- How do I register a bundle?
If you have purchased a bundle, you can register each product in your bundle by visiting the My Registered Products and registering each product separately. A bundle is a group of individual products with unique SKUs (serial numbers). For example, if you purchased the LS6425-3 + ONE LS6405 + ONE IS6100 bundle, there will be three SKUs in this bundle. This means you can register three products: 1 for the LS6425-3, 1 for the ONE LS6405 and 1 for the ONE IS6100.
