Shipping Information
VTech will ship product via standard ground or expedited shipping service. Shipping and handling charges will apply
depending on the size of your order and whether you choose standard ground or expedited service. All orders over $100
qualify for a $5 standard ground shipping rate.
Orders are shipped by VTech within 1 to 3 business days from receipt of a completed order.
A completed order is received on the date that VTech receives all information needed to process your order.
VTech's shipping time does not include the carrier's shipping time. You should allow an additional 5 to 7 business days
for delivery via standard ground or an additional 3 to 5 days for delivery via expedited service. Total shipping time
from receipt of a completed order is 7 to 10 business days for shipment via standard ground and 5 to 8 business days
for shipment via expedited shipping service.
VTech will ship to virtually any address within the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Alaska and Hawaii orders can only be shipped via expedited service. VTech can not ship to
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or to Canada or Guam. (For shipping to Canada visit

VTech Communications, Inc. will not be subject to any damages, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages,
as a result of its failure to ship within the foregoing time frames.
