Extended Warranty Coverage

Extended warranty or protection plan purchased through a retailer

If your product is outside of the manufacturer's warranty but you have an extended warranty through your retailer, you will need to contact the retailer for the extended warranty support instructions.

Warrantech Protection Plan purchased through VTech

If your product is outside of the manufacturer's warranty but you have a Warrantech Protection Plan (extended warranty) purchased through VTech, it will be necessary to contact the VTech Consumer Sales and Service Center at 1-800-595-9511 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CT) Monday through Friday for product support instructions. Once you have reached our Service Center, please select prompt 3 to speak with the next available representative.
