How do I create an account?

You can create an account on the Create a New Account page. While creating an account, you will need to choose a secure password and a valid email address that will serve as your login name. After you create your account, please activate it by checking the email address you provided to create your account.

How do I validate my email address and login name?

When you create a VTech Rewards account, VTech will send you a confirmation email. You will be asked to click a validation link to activate your account. Replying to this email will not activate your email address and login name. If you did not receive a confirmation email, you can request another one in your account settings.

What do I do if I forgot my email address and login name?

Email addresses and login names are unique to each account, and we respect your privacy. If you have forgotten your email address or login name, we will not be able to provide this information. Please remember your account login (your email address) and password, as you will not be able to log in if you forget your this information.

What are my login options?

There are various ways to log into your account. The main path is from the top right corner of the Home page.

How do I deactivate my account?

You can visit Account Settings and click "Deactivate my account". Simply enter your VTech Rewards Program account email and password to complete the process. Please note that all of your Rewards points will be forfeited once you have confirmed the deactivation.

How do I unsubscribe from VTech's newsletters?

You can visit Account Settings and click "unsubscribe." You must confirm your choice by clicking on the link sent to your email.

What if I forgot my password?

Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email. You can change your password by visiting the "Change my password" section in your Account Settings.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by visiting the "Change my password" section in your Account Settings. VTech will not have access to this information, nor will you receive an email confirming the change. Please remember to save your account login (your email address) and password.

What should I do if someone breaks into my VTech account?

If you suspect that an unauthorized user has accessed your account, we recommend you change your password using the Change Password feature.
