Purchases made through a retail location can be returned to the place of purchase for exchange or credit within the retailer's return/exchange period. Check with your retail location or on your receipt for more details.

VTech Consumer Sales and Service Center/VTech Website

Purchases made through the VTech Consumer Sales and Service Center or the VTech Website can be returned or exchanged within the first 30 days of the date of purchase. Return shipping fees will be incurred by the customer on nondefective returns and exchanges. Please contact the VTech Consumer Sales and Service Center at 1-800-595-9511 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (PT) Monday through Friday to obtain return authorization information for mailing your product back. Once you have reached our Service Center, it will be necessary for you to press prompt 3 to speak with the next available representative.

Note: Credits or monetary reimbursements are only applicable within the first 30 days on purchases made through the VTech Consumer Sales and Service Center or through the VTech website. Once products are received at our Returns Center, the credit/monetary reimbursement will be applied.
